LILT pairs context-aware AI with expert human review to deliver enterprise translation and localization at scale. This Trust Center provides transparency into LILT's security and compliance program, including our security and privacy controls, policies, certifications/attestations, subprocessors, and program status. Additional due‑diligence materials (including audit reports) are available upon request under NDA.
LILT is committed to protecting customer data through layered security controls, strong access management, encryption, monitoring and audit logging, incident response processes, and vendor risk management practices. Our security and compliance program is supported by independent assessments and certifications, including SOC 2 Type II (with additional HIPAA Security Rule criteria scoped in the report, where applicable), ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 for our Quality Management System, and Cyber Essentials.
We continuously improve our program through recurring security awareness training, periodic risk assessments, and third‑party evaluations. Customers can use this Trust Center as a central source of truth for LILT's security posture and data protection commitments.
